We help our customers sustain the most appropriate and robust decision procedures by building up our understanding of the specific corporate issues and then build the capabilities of client staff through a collaborative process of decision analysis model building. This is combined with the provision of training in the most appropriate decision analysis techniques as well as the development of capabilities in hands on use of the appropriate software for codifying relevant core relationships and decision goals. This includes the identification and design of information collection and organization so as to ensure that the appropriate quality of information is available for each set of decisions at any level within an organization.

In support of these goals we provide five basic services:
